Good Music, Good Friends!

​The Fort Worth Community Band is group of committed musicians from all walks of life and professional careers.  Founded in 2004, The Greater Fort Worth Community Band is the result of a cooperative effort by longtime Birdville ISD employees and friends, Dee Tucker and Henry Schraub.

​The band meets once a week from August to May on Texas Wesleyan University campus.

Any interested musicians with concert band experience may contact the Greater Fort Worth Community Band director Christine Beason at gfwcband@gmail.com. No recent band experience necessary. No auditions. Please join members from all professions and experience who simply enjoy playing!
